It’s a new PASTRY SHOP - CRÊPERIE located at the bottom of the hill, at 600 rue Mondor, right in the heart of downtown Saint-Hyacinthe, in the former premises of the ’’grill tranquille’’ of the renowned GRAND HÔTEL, this... Art Deco... building now called Le Grand Château.

Here you’ll find delicious GRAND-MÈRE crêpes, prepared and served with love and passion by Marlène Martel and her team... In a warm and friendly lounge/dining room atmosphere.

This painting was sold to Karine for the 49th birthday of her mother Marlène, then owner of this restaurant, which later became... the restaurant... Les fourchettes vagabondes.
