From Yesterday to Today...

On 12, 13 and 14 June 2020, a unique and unmissable event will be held... D’Hier à Aujourd’hui: local painters, Masters and a Grand Master, at the centre culturel Humania in Saint-Hyacinthe, where more than 100 paintings from my Atelier d’art Y. Morier collection will be put up for sale in aid of Maison L’Alcôve, Le Phare and Satellite, three humanitarian organisations of the region.

Under the honorary presidency of the master painter Louis Tremblay, a Canadian painter from Baie-Saint-Paul in Charlevoix who was my inspiration when I began to paint, and with the collaboration of my friends the painters and glass artists Manon Tétreault and Sophie Côté and the special guest artist Manon Marchand, the Atelier d’art Y. Morier will give 50% of the proceeds of the collection’s sales at this mega exhibition... to the organisations...

Maison L’Alcôve, which treats dependence on alcohol, drugs, gambling and the internet...

Le Phare, which helps the families of people living with mental illness...

Satellite, which does alcohol and drug prevention work in schools.

Three-day passes at $50.00, to attend this event meant to make the collection’s local painters better known, will go on sale on 27 January 2020, at the press conference unveiling the programme of this singular show, during which the guest painters will speak about their own path... D’Hier à Aujourd’hui.

Art for Humankind...!!!
